On November 21 at 12:00 pm ET, join us for Co-Tenancy Law in Maryland.
This course provides an examination of co-ownership of real property in Maryland, focusing on the three primary forms: tenants in common, joint tenants with the right of survivorship, and tenants by the entireties. We will explore the implications of Maryland’s co-tenancy rules on property ownership, particularly in the context of an owner’s death and the impact of creditors’ liens and judgments.
This course will clarify common misunderstandings surrounding these regulations and equip attendees with the knowledge to effectively navigate related issues encountered in the chain of title.
1 hour CE Credit Pending Approval.
