Our Vision for Helping Independent Agents Be Successful
Our management team believes that by offering agents unparalleled access to high quality underwriting counsel, management consulting and guidance from Williston’s skilled management, we can provide real partnerships with independent agents. We ask our agents to meaningfully join in this partnership by stressing regular audits, compliance and operating transparency. Unlike the large national underwriters that currently dominate the market, Williston will look to its agents for input by providing direct contact with senior management through agent visits, live webinars, and agent advisory boards. In doing so, Williston will maintain a communication channel with the consumer, who is dependent on the local independent agent to close their real estate transactions.
