Join us on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 11:00 am CT for Minerals presented by Megan Piechowiak, Texas State Underwriting Counsel.
During this course, Megan will cover the ownership of minerals and surface estate, including how the two intermingle and how they remain separate. Megan will also explain the extent of the title search performed in relation to minerals, and what portions of the TDI manual of rules and regulations apply.
