This course will provide an overview of what an objection letter is, its purpose, and the rules and statutes governing how a title company may respond to such a letter. The course will also cover the range of comments and objections that may be received from counsel for the proposed insureds, as well as appropriate responses to those items that involve the title company.

Examples of possible responses to common objections from buyers and lenders
Options available to proposed insureds to obtain the title insurance coverage desired
