The City of Baltimore implemented new regulations in 2024 which require certain properties to be offered for sale to their tenants before they can be sold to anyone else. These regulations require notice to the tenant and to the City before a property may be sold. Failure to comply may lead to serious underwriting problems, including a failure of title to the new buyer.
