This course provides students with a framework to understand the implications of bankruptcy on real property transactions. Attendees will learn about the different types of bankruptcies, and how active bankruptcies affect the ability of sellers and buyers to buy, sell, or refinance real estate.
Additionally, the course will cover basic underwriting considerations for sellers when a bankruptcy has been completed. Join us to enhance your knowledge about what to do when a bankruptcy shows up in your title search!
