Maryland has some very particular requirements when it comes to drafting conveyance deeds. We will explore the Maryland statute that provides us with minimum requirements for any deed. We will also discuss all of the components of a well-drafted deed. Different types of deeds will be discussed, as well as signature, acknowledgment, and attorney certification requirements.
