During this course, Celia will cover the unique nature of Home Equity Lending in Texas, including different types of Home Equity loans, primarily focusing on the Closed End “Texas 50(a)(6)” loan. She will also discuss what is required in order to insure each type and issue the T-42 and T-42.1 Endorsements and touch on frequently asked questions, trouble areas and tips to avoid claims.
By attending this course, you can also expect to learn:
- The Constitutional requirements for valid Home Equity Loans in Texas
- How Power of Attorneys are used in Home Equity transactions.
- Details on cash-out loans related to investment properties.
