Join us for our first Texas Underwriting Office Hours session on Thursday, June 5th, at 10:00 am CT. This event will provide a valuable forum to explore your questions and other current topics frequently encountered by our WFG Underwriters.
In our initial session, we’ll introduce the Texas Underwriting team. They’ll give an overview of the key concepts and requirements for handling Lady Bird Deeds and TODDs in your chain of title, and then open the floor for your burning questions or tricky transactions you want to discuss.
