Q. Why has WFG decided to postpone the event?
A. WFG has decided to postpone the event, due to the ongoing concerns regarding the spread of the Coronavirus. This decision was made to ensure the health and welfare of our clients, sponsors and staff.
Q. Do I need to cancel my ticket to Summit?
A. No, WFG will issue cancellations on your behalf.
Q. How will I be notified when the Summit is rescheduled?
A. WFG will be sure to keep you informed with details regarding new dates for Summit.
Q. How do I cancel my room reservation?
A. The Hyatt Grand Cypress will automatically cancel all room reservations. The Hyatt will follow up with an email containing details of your cancellation.
Q. I reserved a pre/post stay. Can I keep my reservation?
A. Once you receive the cancellation notice from the Hyatt, please call the hotel directly to arrange your stay. The hotel is willing to work with you.
Q. Will the Hyatt refund my deposit?
A. Yes, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
Q. I have booked flights to Orlando, will the airline refund my ticket?
A. Some airlines are waiving flight change fees due to the Coronavirus. Contact your airline for more information.
