WFG National Title is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Vesperman Still, Esq., to the position of New England Area Underwriter and Massachusetts State Counsel. Lisa brings to WFG 24 years of experience in real estate and title, both as a transactional attorney and underwriting counsel. Lisa has specialized in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions and closings, review of title abstracts and issuance of title insurance policies, preparation and presentation of land use cases before Zoning Boards of Appeal, Conservation Commissions and Planning Boards, as well as landlord/tenant representation, estate planning and estate settlement, and corporate formation and management.

Most recently practicing with a prominent Cape Cod real estate and settlement firm, Lisa is looking forward to returning to the role of title insurance underwriter with WFG and working with agents on underwriting issues. Lisa’s passion is really working with and helping agents, brokers, lenders and other WFG partners, sharing her knowledge through speaking engagements, seminars and discussions designed to facilitate continuing education on all matters of title insurance underwriting, title standards and real estate and settlement best practices.

As a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association, the American Land Title Association, the New England Land Title Association, and the Barnstable Bar Association, Lisa maintains an active role in both local and regional associations. She also makes it a priority to be involved in the Cape Cod community, serving in volunteer roles and leadership capacities on the Lower Cape, including Grievance Officer for the Orleans and Brewster Housing Authorities, Board Member of the Community Development Partnership, and most recently with Nauset Youth Alliance where she has served on the Board of Directors since 2007 and as President until June of 2016. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Nauset Warriors Booster Club.

Lisa lives in Brewster with her two children who attend Nauset schools and is often the Facebook sideline reporter for son Ethan’s football games and daughter Savannah’s Tony Award worthy involvement in the middle school’s stage and music productions. She can also be seen walking their large and lovable, but somewhat quirky, rescue dog.

Lisa is excited to be working with all of the WFG agents and asks that you please do not hesitate to reach out to her, via her direct line: 781-660-3078 or e-mail: lstill@wfgnationaltitle.com. Please join us in welcoming Lisa to the WFG New England family!
